Come Back to Yourself
Hi, I’m Tayla. I’m a therapist who believes that therapy should feel like a place where you can come as you are — without judgment, without having to have everything figured out, and without needing to pretend that you’re okay when you’re not.
I work with older teens and adults who may be navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves. Maybe you’ve been in “survival mode” for a long time and aren’t sure how to slow down. Maybe you understand your patterns but still find yourself caught in them. Or maybe you can’t quite put your finger on what feels off—you just know that you don’t feel like yourself lately.
Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I’m passionate about helping people better understand themselves and the experiences that have shaped them. Together, we can get curious about the patterns that keep showing up, explore what you may need, and begin creating more space for connection, confidence, and a greater sense of ease. I’m especially drawn to trauma-informed, parts work, and somatic work because I believe our experiences can affect not only the way we think and feel, but also the way we experience ourselves in our bodies.

I’ve always been drawn to the stories people carry beneath the surface—what shaped them, what they learned to believe about themselves, and the parts of themselves they may have had to hide or disconnect from along the way. My work is rooted in the belief that people are not broken. Often, the patterns that once helped us survive simply aren't serving us anymore.
Outside of the therapy space, you can typically find me with my nose in a book, getting movement outside, or browsing for a new TV show.

Prior to private practice, I provided individual and group services through a non-profit clinic that supported survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual violence. This experience revealed how much resilience survivors of trauma carry with them, and that having a compassionate, trustworthy supportive space can foster great healing and growth.
